Screening Process

You want caregivers  you can trust without question. Preferred Care at Home understands the importance of providing exceptional caregivers and have worked diligently to recruit the very best working in this field today.

Prior to being eligible for an assignment, a compassion check and personality evaluation is conducted to identify if the caregiver shares our same passion for the senior community.  Once this prerequisite is met, each caregiver then undergoes a comprehensive screening process, covering areas of good moral character, background investigations, professional work history and personal reference checks, and various skill assessment tests.  Moreover, we spend time with our caregivers to truly understand their passion and interests to confidently match them with clients.
